MOTIONMAN ELECTRIC can
conceptualize, design and manufacture and install lines for efficient movement
of components and goods during manufacture, machining, assembly and testing.
Our lines are designed taking into account plant layout, locations of machining
and processing centers, Present and future production volumes, manpower
requirements and availability, and budget constraints.
All the equipments are engineered,
with suitable interlocks to ensure safety of job and operators, and can be
fully PLC controlled. Special arrangements, such as pneumatic stoppers for one
piece flow, pneumatic or dead weight flaps to allow operator movement can also
be incorporated.
